I'm going to work today to add some functionality. It will make my previous page work a little better. This is the first step in that direction.

I'm about to start my exam for 101. Some of the students are talking to me about their grade and I learned something new. The "grand total" is not available to them on blackboard. My goodness, why not!? I thought it would be, but I s'pose it isn't. I'm trying to figure out how to make that information available to them. I guess they could calculate their grade since percentages are listed. Still, when its available to me in blackboard I don't see why it shouldn't be available to them. In any case, during the exam I will fill out a recommendation form for one of my students as well as check on the status of things for this evening. I didn't have to bring my laptop at least because there is a computer that I can use right here. yeah. Anyway, that's all for now. The 'rents are here on Sunday and my last final is Saturday. Grades are due Tuesday, but I don't usually have a problem with getting the grades done in a timely manner.

I haven't posted in quite a long time. S'posed to go up to Newark tomorrow. Long nights when I go up there but I think I generally have fun. I need to learn to snack a lot less. Finals week is almost over. I've only had to give one test so far however. I've given two review sessions. The students find them helpful I think, but they don't really come to the review sessions in a proactive manner. The review sheets are probably the most helpful. It gives the students an outline of what they need to understand and study I think. In any case, Friday and Saturday are my last two. So, here I come.
