Well, all my tests for this week are taken care of. No big plans for
the weekend. I had thought about moving a bunch of stuff out of
storage, but I think the plan now is to keep the storage place for one
extra month. That stuff is still not taken care of either by the
way. I'm curious if anyone reads this, so, if you do, send me an email
and let me know. If you don't, well then, you wouldn't see this
sentence anyway! Well that's all for me for now. My backup script
should be kicking in sometime early next week. Guess we'll see how
that goes. I might lose the entire week of posts! Oh no!

Finished grading the PL exams as they have been taken so far. The 101
exams aren't graded yet however. One person didn't show up at all for
the 101 exam. And, one person has yet to take the 371 exam, so, we'll
be covering new material in class today. Currently, I'm ahead of the
game. I've got notes written on the next chapter for PL. Some written
for the next chapter in Arch (which we won't hit for a couple weeks
now). The closing of the house moves up soon. I think I've given up on
trying to get everything out of storage by the end of November. Too
much of a hassle to move everything twice. I think I'd prefer to take
my time to move things in a little bit more slowly. I would like to
get the bed out however. See if its still usable. If not, I guess
we'll be sleeping on the floor for awhile or something. As crazy as
that is, it could be worse... right? The thesis should be bound up and
out of my hair asap. So, very few things left on my busy busy list. I
still need to worry about research. I believe my journal paper should
be published in the near future. It's listed as the "upcoming issue"
Volume 9, November 3, 2004 for JGT. Joyous. Well, that's all from me
for now.

Well, I gave the PL exam yesterday. Today is the C++ exam. Exams are
such stress. Today I also got a summons notice for the issue with the
storage company. I think the owner/lawyer likes to deal in high
stress. In any case, we already have a settlement agreement, so I
suspect he'll simply cancel the court date. Hard to say
however. Anyway, my emacs doesn't seem to understand backspace, so
sometimes writing here is a little bit annoying. In any case, things
should be all wrapped up by the end of November as far as house stuff
and that storage unit stuff is concerned. Hopefully anyway.

I've updated the newentry script that I was using. Now, it uses emacs
instead of cat in order to do its text editing. I figured this would
be an upgrade. Hopefully it turns out to be. I believe that I'm going
to use these scripts in other directories, so now might be the time to
think about storing them in a centralized location. In any case, I'm
moving along with my house and insurance issues. Hopefully those are
all taken care of in the near future. In any case, the issues with the
storage place should be taken care of shortly as well. That's all from
me for now.

Today is yet another day. Thank goodness for that, right? In any case, this
is the second test of my blogger scripts. I think they should be in good
working order, but after this test, we'll know for sure right?
My second set of exams is coming up. I give a review for one tomorrow night.
I give one of the exams tomorrow during the day. Then I have a small period
of wait time before yet another exam comes up. I have faith in my students,
so I'm hoping that they do okay. I don't see a reason why they would not,
but you never know what might happen. Its firing up to be a pretty busy week.
I think that somebody is going to rent Bob's house from us, as a subleasee.
That would help us because we won't have to pay rent for the period of time
that they are renting the house from us. This situation basically jsut fell
in my lap, so that was nice. There is the mummy talk this week, a teaching
meeting, a mentor meeting, and then the week wanes a bit. In any case,
let's see how this script works today - shall we?

Let's see if the new entry scripts are still working well.
