OOP Presentations

Make it a powerpoint and an awesome demo

These presentations are meant to take only ~10 minutes each. As usual, use good presentation practice. (Don't read from slides, use small bullets and not long paragraphs and replace with images where possible.)

Be sure to include the following in your presentation:

  • A title slide with project name and your name
  • A screenshot of your demo (you may need more than one) (on this slide you should be briefly telling us what your project is meant to do)
  • Any problems you've had to overcome (and how)
  • Any problems you're actively solving or have yet to solve
  • List what's left to complete your project
  • What could you do if you had more time? What's more?
  • A "cited" page listing any sources
  • A "significant" demo. You should be well on your way to finishing up your project. Expect to have half or more than half of your project complete and to answer questions about specific code segments. Be clear about which part of the project you own and which parts you have borrowed.
